Nazar Tarpinian entered politics to make a difference and to act for the good of the environment and social justice. Running in the electoral district of Terrebonne, he joined the team of the Green Party of Quebec because the values of the party reflected his own convictions and his vision of our society in the long term.
Nazar has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is currently pursuing his studies in the same field at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. His extensive experience in the field of finance leads him to want to encourage the implementation of green investments for the good of the environment. In particular, Nazar would like to set up financing projects to make projects for the good of the environment much more accessible.
With his political involvement, Nazar would like to propose and support GQP policies to increase the salaries of the province’s citizens. He also wishes to campaign against Bill 96. According to him, it is essential for the inclusion and freedom of all, to leave a balance with respect to bilingualism. Locally, Nazar wants to implement projects to encourage people to reduce their ecological footprint. He also wants to improve the public transit system within the electoral district of Terrebonne and encourage active transportation and electric cars.
In his spare time, Nazar enjoys reading as well as listening to field hockey and basketball. For Nazar Tarpinian, every vote cast on behalf of the Green Party of Quebec demonstrates that our ideas resonate with the public, help us gain traction in the public debate, and contribute to the funding of the Green Party through the per-vote grant. For all these reasons (and more), Nazar Tarpinian would be honoured to have your support in the 2022 Quebec general election. Every vote counts!
