Manelle Chaouche entered politics at the age of 19 to advocate for major changes in Quebec politics. She has a DEC in International Relations from CEGEP Bois de Boulogne and is starting a BAC in Political Science at the Université de Montréal this fall. She is actively working as a teacher of French as a second language.
A strong eco-socialist, Manelle wants to implement policies that allow ordinary citizens to own their own homes while protecting the environment through free public transportation and the construction of the pink line of the Montreal metro. She wants to improve access to francization courses and fight against school dropout by investing in education. In the field of health care, Manelle Chaouche is a strong voice against privatization and for increasing the treatment capacity of the public system as well as improving working conditions.
In her spare time, Manelle enjoys painting, volunteering, attending concerts and debating current events. For Ms. Chaouche, every vote cast on behalf of the Green Party of Quebec demonstrates that our ideas resonate with the public, helps us gain a foothold in the public debate, and contributes to the funding of the Green Party through the per-vote grant. For all these reasons (and more), Manelle Chaouche would be honoured to have your support in the 2022 Quebec general election.
