Heading to the Quebec National Assembly where I will take part in a historic press conference in favour of a reform of the voting system.
In a very rare gesture in Quebec politics, I will share the stage with Québec Solidaire and Option Nationale to demonstrate our collective support for proportional representation.
It was citizen Fernand Courchesne who led us to work together following his bicycle tour of Quebec to circulate a petition for reform of the voting system. He named his trip “90 Days for Democracy” and he is working with the group Mouvement Démocratie Nouvelle.
